Hola! We’re back with another update of newly released features. This month we’ve launched a number of new features that improve the worker and the admin experience with streamlined onboarding, simplified compliance, and a more useful Dashboard.
Spanish User Experience - We’re excited to announce that we’re making the onboarding (and pay) experience better for people whose primary language is Spanish. See it inaction.

Sick Time Compliance - Now it’s simple to understand sick time regulations and create an accrual policy that keeps you in compliance. With rules implemented state-by-state it’s complicated to understand whether they require sick time, and if so, do they have maximums, carryovers, paystub requirements, disclosures, and more. We’ve simplified this by making the data available through an API and making tracking time off simple with our accruals solution. Learn more.
Paycard Onboarding - We’ve implemented Shareable Links so you can link directly to the Paycard onboarding, which is especially useful for companies adding Paycards as a new pay option for their existing workers. Additionally, you’re able to access the status of paycard onboarding across each step of the process with webhooks, helping you act on stalled sign ups.
2% Shareholder Tax Benefit - We now better support the healthcare tax deduction for workers who are at least 2% owners in an S corp through a healthcare reimbursement.
Custom Reports - You now have the ability to build a custom report in the Dashboard to get better insights into your operations and business. Starting with the Worker Summary Report, you can choose the data to use in the columns and rows of the report. Learn more.
Worker Admin Tasks - Ever been confused about what needs to be done to get workers onboarded and paid? Worker Admin Tasks makes it clearer exactly what is the next step and what needs to be completed, including what the worker needs to complete and what your admin needs to complete. This is configurable to your specific onboarding processes, for example if you’re using our Remote I-9 with E-Verify solutions you’ll see those tasks. Learn more.
Table Filtering - We’ve launched the ability to filter tables in the Dashboard, starting with the People table. Ever wanted to see all of the people with a weekly pay schedule, all of the people with the employment status of terminated, or all of the people with a specific work location? Now it’s simple to filter a table combining many fields to get exactly the results you want. Learn more.
