Increase employer flexibility with editing in the White-label

We know that getting taxes right is important, we built a whole business around it. But just because something is enormously important doesn’t mean it’s straightforward. Unfortunately, payroll and taxes create some of the most time-consuming and tedious work for employers. With the most flexible workforce in history, change has become the norm, but sometimes employee flexibility equals a mountain of follow-up work for employers. Too often a minute change, whether it’s an employee moving, or a typo, triggers a slew of paperwork and manual labor for the payroll team.

Here at Zeal we decided rather than fear the flexible workforce we want to embrace the change. Introducing White-label edits, employers can now make updates to W-4s and banking information directly in the White-label. Any changes, like a new bank account number, or a change in address will automatically repopulate PDFs and be available instantly across the platform.

By offering editing capability directly in the White-label, employers have the autonomy to make updates swiftly and with little to no support. Increased functionality in the White-label that matches the capabilities of our API is always on our roadmap.
